Hey there, I'm Erika Vianey!

I'm a Seattle based, on location photographer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I serve the greater Seattle area. As a mother of four, I understand the demands and challenges of motherhood. These high demands along with life itself can often translate into poor self care and even lead to a poor self image. Having experience in both Nutrition and Photography, I came to realize there is a common denominator in these seemingly independent areas of work. Both types of clients seek some level of validation. I’m here to tell you, you DON’T need Validation. You are ENOUGH.

My goal is to guide you towards a deeper level of self love. I use photography in my work as a Nutrition Coach because it is my belief that you cannot truly transform your body or your life, for that matter, if you’re not doing it from a place of love. Through the art of portraiture we embark on a whole new level of self awareness. With this, my work as a Nutrition Coach goes from being just another diet, to a truly TRANSFORMATIVE experience. The intertwining of my two biggest passions has allowed me to design a program that will not only improve your health significantly, but also make sure you’ll always find your way back when life gets in the way.

When you seek to change your health or physique from a place of love, the journey is weightless, it is no longer a “ have to’ but a “want to”. It goes from being another “diet” to a whole new lifestyle and mindset. Now, this self imposed desire to change goes from being a wish to your new reality.
